Airport transfer: When you confirm your reservation please give us your flight number and arrival time, we will send someone to pick you up and bring you to the riad. Please pay 100 dirhams or 10 Euro directly to the driver.

Please wire the down-payment to our German account upon your reservation. (You will get the data with your confirmation.)

Entering Morocco: passport compulsory, at least 6 months validity

Time: The time difference compared to Europe is 2 hours in summer and 1 hour in winter. Example: Frankfurt in August - 2 pm = Marrakech in August - noon

Travelling period: All year round

Our tip for individual travellers: Bus tourists are fewest in January, June and July. The temperatures in January are around 20°C, in June and July around 35°C. Enjoy the pleasant temperatures in our patio and on the roof terrace.

Money: The Moroccan currency is the dirham (MAD). 100 MAD are about 10 €. You can withdraw cash with your credit card from the cash dispensers, or change euros into dirhams at an exchange office, a bank or a hotel.

Rental cars: We will be glad to provide you with a certified rental car, with or without a driver. Ask us. Price example: Fiat Palio 40.- Euro a day.
The car will be brought to the hotel and fetched from there.
