courtyard

The interior courtyard
of a traditional riad (Arab term for garden) is divided into four flower
beds by four paths. In the riad hotel LA MAISON NOMADE this is symbolised
by four orange trees that provide most agreeable shade.
The courtyard is a place for relaxing, for dining and for meeting people - a place of silence, of freshness in the old part of Marrakech full of vibrant life. |
